Extremely easy to get my ‘21 WRX. Austin explained everything to me about what came with the car and all of the features. Even offered to help me set my phone up with the Bluetooth and everything. I had to come back later in the afternoon to pick my car up and he instantly had a plan to help me out. Kept us well informed throughout the paperwork on how much longer it was going to take. Frustrating time this go. Car taken in for recall on Friday. Told would be done Monday. No updates have to continue to call near end of business day each day for an update. Told the car is done on Wedne Friday. Told would be done Monday. No updates have to continue to call near end of business day each day for an update. Told the car is done on Wednesday and to pick at my convenience. Check the website shows Tom Wood Subaru is open till 8pm, get there at 6:30pm only to find service department is closed at 6:00pm but the floor is open. No one would run my car or get a receipt so now have to come back another day to get my car back. pretty frustrated with the lack of communication at this time. More
