The service is always good, but the wait this time was well over 3 hours. Granted there’s a holiday coming up, but 3.5 hours is a long wait for an oil change and tire rotation. I was extremely pleased with the quick request to fix my rear tail-light… Parts department checked to make sure they had the part assembly; which they did. They then transferred me back to make appt.
