We are from Fort Wayne, IN. When we tried to purchase a car from the local dealership here, they tried to add on over 5500 dollars worth of add-on's after delivery from the manu When we tried to purchase a car from the local dealership here, they tried to add on over 5500 dollars worth of add-on's after delivery from the manufacturer for a new 2022 Subaru Outback Touring. Driving home upset, I called Tom Wood Subaru and spoke with Zach Wilska. He was kind, patient, and understanding. By the time I got home I was giving him my information to put a deposit down on the car I wanted without being over-charged. A few months later, when the car arrived and was ready for delivery, he went above and beyond. A family member of ours was and still is in the hospital making it near impossible for me to make the trip to Indianapolis to pick up the car. Zach got approval to drive the vehicle to us, saving us valuable time so we could be with family. The delivery process was quick and efficient and Zach was amazing. Thank you again to the dealership for being understanding and Zach's amazing service! More
