Everything was great except my husband was the one who waited for the car. He is crippled and limps with a cane. When he paid he was handed the paperwork and told that the car was “up front”. So he had to limp back to the service desk and ask for the fob. It was found hanging two service desks down from where he’d gotten the paperwork. He was not happy! More
