Bill ran my credit ~12 times, though only told me he had done it once. When I tried to clear things up, he said they would simply disappear soon. They did not. Right before I came to pick up and purchase the car, he sent a very informal text letting me know that since I wasn't able to leave work to come buy the car, he decided to sell it out from under me to someone else. He did not seem to have any sort of remorse about the situation, instead just tried to sell me a worse car that met 0 of the requirements I had been looking for. He's simply looking to make the most money in the quickest way possible, no matter how terrible the customer service. Please go elsewhere; this is a classic car salesman at its worst. More
