No Pushy Service People I dropped off my car for service on Wednesday evening for an 11 o’clock Thursday appointment. Not only did they get my car finished early, but they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need on my car! That never happens! I am so tired of service departments that try to tell you things are wrong with your car when you know that they are not. I will come back to this service group every time! More

Not happy with how the service department handled this visit We were told the recall parts were in when appointment was made. when my daughtered Dropped the car off, she was told not all parts were in and had We were told the recall parts were in when appointment was made. when my daughtered Dropped the car off, she was told not all parts were in and had to leave the car at the dealer or sign a waiver in order to get the car back. They did give us a loaner but I was upset that they didn't relay this information prior to the visit. I'm still unhappy over the whole situation. More
