The dealership is fine. The service writer was not. Told me it would take 1 hour. It took 2. Text sent to me said it was being inspected prior to service for 1 1/2 hours. Said she sent me an inspection by text. I showed her that I never got it. Poor communication. I will return but I will ask for a different service writer. More
