Fantastic Service As a first time car buyer, student, and a twenty-two year old with a very limited financial/credit history, finding a dealership where people were wil As a first time car buyer, student, and a twenty-two year old with a very limited financial/credit history, finding a dealership where people were willing to take me seriously and work with me had been nearly impossible. I must say, I had somewhat of a negative attitude walking in, but was met with such wonderful customer service and optimism. Never once did I feel pressured into a situation that was outside of what I initially intended and when I happened across a car that I thought might work for me, my lifestyle and family situation was taken into an account and instead of a used car, I left with a brand new one, through leasing. After all the rejection at other dealerships, I would have never even thought to try for a lease if it weren't for the patience and guidance of the Tom Wood crew (I believe it was specifically, Dave, who reminded me what he would want for his daughters and informed me that he thought leasing would put me in the best situation). Everyone was so kind and really tried to help me find the best vehicle within my price point, safe for my son and I, and reliable. I worked with Ryan McCloud and he was such a joy! He, and others, definitely saw me as a person rather than a sale. I cannot say enough positive things about him and the others at this dealership. I feel extremely grateful for my experience. More
