My fiancé has had decided to buy a different car after we were in an accident in my Murano. We were both impressed with how well the vehicle held up and how the air bags likely saved our lives. He was concerned the car he had wouldn’t do the same. He went to look around at CarMax. I went with him and was underwhelmed with the experience there. He knew how highly I had spoken of everyone from sales to service at the Tom Wood Nissan dealership, so he agreed to go there with me to look around. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Scott, and it felt like we were all old friends. Scott had sold me my last Murano and instantly embraced Van, as well. Van had never bought a new car before, but because of the experience he had with Scott, and my past experience, he decided to make the leap. I was back a week later to buy a new Murano once I confirmed the old one had been totaled. Having just had a bad accident where my car was totaled, it was a very difficult, chaotic time. They made the process easy, fun (!), and really created a bright spot in an otherwise difficult time. I will gladly recommend anyone I know who is looking for a car to Scott. I know they will get the attention, follow-up, and overall experience that I would be proud to recommend. More
