No Transparent User Car Sales at Tom Wood Nissan! I went to Tom Wood Nissan in Jan 2018 to purchased a used 2009 Nissan Murano and was given only Car Fax report at the time of purchase and not a multi I went to Tom Wood Nissan in Jan 2018 to purchased a used 2009 Nissan Murano and was given only Car Fax report at the time of purchase and not a multipoint inspection report. I did not ask for one thinking it was in good condition and so the sales representative did not give me one. Also I went with the good reputation of Tom Wood Nissan and did not ask for one. If I would have gone to any small dealer at the corner of the block, I would definitely ask for a Mutlipoint Inspection Report. I believed Tom Wood Nissan makes Transparent sales on used cars. When a recall was announced on my car in April 2018, to change some break oil, I went to Tom Wood Nissan for servicing and they performed a complimentary multipoint inspection on the vehicle and gave me the reports. I was saddened to see so many estimated/diagnosed services needed on the vehicle. I said to the service engineer that this was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase just 4 month ago. I checked with the sales representative who sold me the car, but he says it was given and says he needs to rush into a meeting then. Which was a white lies! Luckily I was having warranty to cover those repairs. So Please be very careful while buying a used car from Tom Wood Nissan Carmel and definitely ask for a multipoint inspection report before making any purchase with them! I was supposed to take my friend there over this weekend to get him a car, but I prefer not to take him there any more and rather go to CARMAX! More
