Unprofessional I called and scheduled a test drive for the next day on a used Rouge. I was told on the phone that they would let me know if it sold . of course it di I called and scheduled a test drive for the next day on a used Rouge. I was told on the phone that they would let me know if it sold . of course it did that morning and no one called. I drove in rush hour traffic across town to get there and then had to wait for 15 min in the lobby before anyone came to tell me that it was sold. Then Kevin came out and told us that if we wanted to wait till he was done then he could show us some similar cars. I left . if I cant even count on you to do what you say why would I buy a car off of you. Two thumbs way down. More
