Much better than going to the dentist! This is my second car purchase with Tom Eood Nissan. I didn't want to buy a new car, but decided to pass my 2011 Murano to my son when his car finally This is my second car purchase with Tom Eood Nissan. I didn't want to buy a new car, but decided to pass my 2011 Murano to my son when his car finally died. I went to test drive other vehicles and was looking at small crossovers and went to drive the Rogue with my salesman Tim. He was so fun to work with bringing me different colors, packages, Rogue sport. Then I walked by a used Murano. I missed my old Murano. We drove that one too! It had the platinum pkg. Then he let me drive a new S model. I love the Murano! I had to interrupt my shopping and left Tim with the task of working out what the best deal would be for those 2 vehicles. He let me take the new one to my dentist appointment! 3 hours at the dentist left me kind of crabby and I had to decide, I was not in the mood. Tim Walls walked me through my choices, made me laugh, answered all my questions and even put up with my last minute...oh look I have a better offer from the dealer across town. He handled that with great professionalism- I was impressed! He gave me coffee and food until Dan the finance guy could see me. Seriously, ask for Dan to handle your deal. He is very straightforward and makes the process quick and easy, explaining all options. He also put up with my crazy antics to get the best deal there. Lord the 3 of us laughed a lot...but as I said at the top of my review, it was better than going to the dentist! More
