On Friday when I got to the dealership to trade my lease he was with a customer yet stopped to greet me, took me for a test drive, give me the keys to test drive another, finished up other customer,persuaded me to get into a smaller car so I would not be damaging to big of a car I was driving. (I'M sure his commission went down) that didn't matter to Scott as he got me the price I was comfortable with. Not enough words all there ChipDave,Katie, even the manager Ken K.
