Excellent Customer Service My vehicle had been totaled in a wreck so I was in the market to purchase another vehicle. I had test drove several makes and models, but the Nissan R My vehicle had been totaled in a wreck so I was in the market to purchase another vehicle. I had test drove several makes and models, but the Nissan Rouge was the one I loved the most. It was on the last day of having my rental car that I went back into Tom Wood Nissan with the hopes that the vehicle I test drove was still there. The salesman, Tim Walls, knew my situation and he worked with me to get the deal I was looking for. Tim was very professional but had a great sense of humor. He made the stress of buying a new vehicle obsolete. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Tom Woods Nissan and to request Tim Walls. More

I asked for no pressure and that’s what I got! My wife and I were looking to buy a Murano or a Rogue. I hadn’t driven either of them before. Our decision was based purely on appearance. Talked to a friend of mine who works for the Tom Wood group and I asked if he could recommend someone at their Nissan store who could help but not pressure us. He said he’d introduce me to the General Manager Ken. He then introduced us to Tim who let us drive both and showed us all the features, answered all of our questions and NEVER dialed up any pressure. End of story goes like this. My wife has beautiful Murano parked in our driveway. Great job everyone! More

Great I actually stopped in to have my car serviced and just simply asked a question about my lease agreement... after talking to a few people about my opti I actually stopped in to have my car serviced and just simply asked a question about my lease agreement... after talking to a few people about my options, I walked out of there with a brand new car! Did I mention they were able to wipe away my last few payments remaining on my lease, save me $130 a month on new lease agreement, gave me 2 years of FREE oil changes and I didn’t put ANY money down!
