Not accommodating schedule for lease buy out. 10 days had check from my bank. Business manager TOO BUSY on weekend to sign title work. Stated it had to be M-F in person no exceptions. Did not give option of check from my bank. Business manager TOO BUSY on weekend to sign title work. Stated it had to be M-F in person no exceptions. Did not give option of Fed-ex overnight to sign documents or use a a Doc-u-sign software like my bank. Weekend for new sales only. After 3 attempts I walked in and became a Weekend customer! Surprise office light off no customers standing in line-no customers in showroom-he was paged to office for customer (me). 2 minutes to sign documents and more time wasted on him preparing (already stated prepared forms) and him returning to his busy closed office. Will not use this dealership again! More
