Just wanted to say that Tom Wood Nissan did a great job by hiring Robin Hildebrand because this was my fourth vehicle that I purchased from the dealership because of her and her great customer service skil by hiring Robin Hildebrand because this was my fourth vehicle that I purchased from the dealership because of her and her great customer service skills she goes way out of her way or bend over backwards I just say to help her clients to make sure they're happy by the time they leave the dealership and also goes out of her way to help you if you have any questions about anything even if it's on her day off she'll even come to your home and drop off items you know that you requested from a parts department or something like that she even offered to vacuum my car if I ever brought it in to get it washed I told her no thank you but I really appreciate it she does she works well with the other departments to make sure that before I left I was happy with the monthly payment and the car she listened to me to what I had to say and what I wanted in a vehicle my main thing was the cup holders if I didn't have a cup holders in the right place I couldn't buy the vehicle and she listened to that and I am very happy and I'll be there for my 5th and my 6th and my 7th car or more when I'm ready for it and wherever she goes to if she ever leaves that dealership I will make sure that I buy a vehicle from the dealership that she's with merry Christmas and happy New Year More
