Took car in for airbag recall for 8:00 AM appt. on a Thursday. No word by EOD. Called 2 times on Friday and could not reach the service writers. When the service desk ring several times and goes to t Thursday. No word by EOD. Called 2 times on Friday and could not reach the service writers. When the service desk ring several times and goes to the operator, the 2nd time , I asked her if it was unusual that I could not reach anyone at the service desk. Her answer was something like “No, not really. They are probably lined up outside the door.” Was called by service writer on Saturday morning. Could not take call. I called back 15 minutes later and left VM. Did not speak to a live person until I called mid morning on Monday. First statement was “Oh I was just about to call you.” When asked why I was not called, she said she was out on Friday and thought she had followed up with everyone. If not for the free loaner they had given me, I would have been really miffed. But given the poor communication, I will not return for service work. More

Best Customer Service Care I have ever. I had two of my Honda Civics that needed service and took them both to Tom Wood Ford Quick Lane on 96 th Street. I was immediately greeted by friendly I had two of my Honda Civics that needed service and took them both to Tom Wood Ford Quick Lane on 96 th Street. I was immediately greeted by friendly car professionals and took care of my car needs in a timely, freindly, and well qualified car care team. The service bays were well organized and their was a sense of team work and a sense of pride that each individual that took care of my cars and others that was very refreshing to observe. I want to also compliment the manager of the team Mr. Jordan Russell of the Quick Lane Service Department that I would define from my experience on Sunday February 9th as Outstanding ,professional,personable,helpful, and very customer service focused. It was very refreshing to see how well his team seemed to interact with one another and to see other customers being treated with the same respect and care that I personally received. I can certainly see why Jordan is the manager and I also observed the pride he takes in assisting his customers and treats his employees. He is a model from my perspective and in my opinion what defines great leadership qualities and represents his employer in a way that I find refreshing and sets an example that many can and would look up to with humility ,grace, and integrity.
