So much for “Quick” Lane service I was very disappointed with the amount of time it took to perform my service. I made an appointment online ahead of time. It took almost 2 hours for I was very disappointed with the amount of time it took to perform my service. I made an appointment online ahead of time. It took almost 2 hours for me to get out of there. Another customer came in an hour after me and did not have an appointment. Her vehicle had the same service performed and was completed at the same time mine was. The extra hour it took to complete the service caused me to get caught up in rush hour traffic. This snowballed into an extra hour added to my trip home. More

The management and service reps do their very best to make sure you walk away satisfied. This past weekend, I was assisted by Tom Kashman and he was professional and showed genuine care regarding my concerns I had for my vehicle. It was a little rocky at first due to miscommunication but Tom stepped in a assisted and made things much better. I felt heard and understood regarding my over all concerns about my vehicle. I am truly happy with the experience I had and feel good about the relationship I have with Tom Ford and their employees I have worked with!!! More

Forgot to perform axel repair leak We had oil changed, tires rotated, and recall performed. Dealership called to use we needed brakes replaced, front axel leaking and there was a weK ba We had oil changed, tires rotated, and recall performed. Dealership called to use we needed brakes replaced, front axel leaking and there was a weK battery. He called me and I asked him to call my husband. He called my husband but forgot to mention the axel leaking donut wasn't repaired. Don' t know where the miss communucation occured but the transaxle leak didn't get repaired. More
