Not happy at all. No communication for 5 days. Vehicle not r Did not communicate. Denied repairs. New car bought there 11/17 8K miles and the brakes are bad. The day I left it Brad said "I will call you later today" 5 days later I called him. It took 4 calls to get to anyone in service. The next day I went to the dealership and asked to speak to the Service manager. (Mark Hume.) He told me the brakes were in need of repair. Not under any type warranty. 8000 miles? He showed me where it appeared an attempt had been made with a tool to enter my vehicle resulting in scratches and molding damage. He asked if I had done that. Please, I have keyless entry. He denied anyone at the dealership would of done that. My self canceling turn signal does not work all the time even after.90 degree left turns. He said they could not duplicate it. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Tom Wood Ford. I could of purchased it in Brownsburg much closer to my home however my experience up to this point had been good. So much for earning my business and customer loyalty. Live and learn I guess. More

No appointment, quick service. I showed up without an appointment at 6:00 pm. They changed my oil, rotated my tires and washed the vehicle in about 30 minutes. It was a quick and easy way to take care of my car in the middle of a busy work and family schedule. Bonus, I only spent about $40. More

Arrived at 1145 and left at 2 after I had a scheduled 12 appointment. I saw my car sitting out in the lot and had to ask them if it was done. They said they forgot to check me out, I was the only person in the lobby. They guy took off 10 dollars as an apology (I did not ask for it) which was nice, but he didn’t really ever apologize. Again, it wasn’t anything crazy just nothing special at all. The new building is nice and clean (coffee machine broken). I’ll try somewhere else in the future. More

For the first time my vehicle required an overnight stay to determine mechanical issues I was experiencing, and to get previously advised brake work done. My car was in the shop 7 days. My main complaint is lack of communication. The only time I knew what was going on is when I called and inquired, which was every other day and even then there were times when no one had information. Service never called and gave me updates on the status of my vehicle. I will continue to do business with Tom Wood because prior service has been good and this is my first complaint. I suggest calling patrons everyday with updates when you have their car overnight. More
