Tom Wood Ford Service Generally TWF is solid-serviced my care for almost 8 years now. Quality of workmanship has always been solid. My past dealings with their CSRs (who ar Generally TWF is solid-serviced my care for almost 8 years now. Quality of workmanship has always been solid. My past dealings with their CSRs (who are not the mechanics) have been great-timely and clear communication in terms of car status, when the work was to be completed, etc. I like that TWF offers channels of communication, including email and text messages, for updates. On the last visit, however, the CSRs communication was not proactive at all-promised calls, then calls not made (which required me to call and call and call to get the updates). When contact was made, no indication of when the work would/should be completed-I had to pry this information from them. This last experience was much different than prior visits-maybe a newer employee? Generally (based on past), TWF has been great to work with and highly professional. More
