Rude and unprofessional First told half a day for recall work. Then told 2 days. Drop off and told 4 days then quickly told it could be more than 4 days. Dropped off my fusion and provided a focus which is much smaller. Dealer refused to provide equal vehicle or better. Manager refused to contact me to discuss issues. Picked up car and radio was disconnected and oil/grease stains left on door and glove compartment. Mandy May blamed oil/grease on me and she was also the worker that told me 2 days, 4 days then just over 4 days. Mandy acts sweet at first then is quite rude and unprofessional. While waiting for my rental I even overheard her speaking to a private body shop disparaging a customer that did not agree with the dealers quote. Mandy offered to provide the private shop with internal communications with that customer as well. Overall I was highly disappointed and highly likely to never return. Extra 10-15 minutes for further location is worth it to avoid this rude and unprofessional dealership. Also did not receive apologies except for initially being told it was a half day repair. Would never recommend. More

Phenomenal! I visited another Ford dealership that gave me false information, scheduled me almost two weeks out, and caused me to damage my vehicle further. He kept me abreast to what was going on every step of the way, displayed professional, and presented to genuinely care. More
Took car for detail. They never did It For the quick lane services are good. Took car for a detail according to reservation made online at 1pm on a Thursday. Was told could not do it in an afternoon (why then was I allowed to reserve the appmt) Friday, late afternoon got call they didn’t do it. Could they keep the car and do it Saturday. Saturday at 3pm I called they still had not done the detail or even started it in or out. They wanted to keep it until Monday. I went and picked it up. No offer of a rental, no real apology, just “we were busy” If interior and exterior details are not their “thing” I would have appreciated just someone telling me instead of keeping my car for 2 1/2 days and getting it back in the same shape. Not even a good overall vacuum. And I had them do a brake fluid change while they had it. More
