Amazing product, Great Staff and Awesome Customer Service This place is simply amazing! Great staff, good environment and great deals. I called this dealership after inquiring on a vehicle and talked to Kim. This place is simply amazing! Great staff, good environment and great deals. I called this dealership after inquiring on a vehicle and talked to Kim. She invited me to the lot. As I drove up, the vehicle I was researching was up front, fresh wash, as if it was waiting for me to take home. Kim introduced me to Drew K. the sales person and we went on a test drive. Drew took his time to explain every part of the vehicle and fluffed my ego by saying I look good in the drivers seat. We went back to negotiate and after several tries, Drew finally brokered the deal. Drew never gave up but was persistent in meeting my needs. I met the finance manager, Michael B., who was very professional and very easy to interact with. He wasn't one of those guys in the corner office with a tight collar but was rather friendly and inviting. Michael and I discussed the payments and he got the payments down to an amount that was conducive with my budget. In addition, he offered, and I accepted most of the warranties. I am one happy camper! Kim, Drew and Michael, take a bow for a job well done! Now I have a beautiful vehicle with payments I can afford. Took car in for airbag recall for 8:00 AM appt. on a Thursday. No word by EOD. Called 2 times on Friday and could not reach the service writers. When the service desk ring several times and goes to t Thursday. No word by EOD. Called 2 times on Friday and could not reach the service writers. When the service desk ring several times and goes to the operator, the 2nd time , I asked her if it was unusual that I could not reach anyone at the service desk. Her answer was something like “No, not really. They are probably lined up outside the door.” Was called by service writer on Saturday morning. Could not take call. I called back 15 minutes later and left VM. Did not speak to a live person until I called mid morning on Monday. First statement was “Oh I was just about to call you.” When asked why I was not called, she said she was out on Friday and thought she had followed up with everyone. If not for the free loaner they had given me, I would have been really miffed. But given the poor communication, I will not return for service work. More
