Mr Forsyth, unfortunately I have already paid the expensive repairs on my recently purchased vehicle. I voiced my concerns at the dealership prior to paying and expressed my feelings and no member of the executive management team including yourself cared to speak with me directly at that time. Nor has anyone acknowledged that the Blue Advantage Blue Certified Used Vehicle inspection was insignificant relating to my vehicle purchase. At this point, my trust with Ford and your dealership specifically is exhausted. Sincerely Patricia Wisdom

The only fix or resolution to this would be reimbursement of what I have paid in repairs for a vehicle that was supposedly certified at the highest level at your dealership. Had I known that the $30k cash I spent on my vehicle would require repairs within 30 days and devalued as a customer. I would have looked at other Ford dealers in the area and spent my money elsewhere. Patricia Wisdom
