I discovered later that in fact the repair was covered; however, communication with the dealership regarding this error was quite problematic. On 10/20/17, when I returned for a different issue, the matter was settled to my satisfaction (still awaiting verification of the credit). The work performed on 10/2/17 (credit to Kyle for seeing this difficult repair through to completion) was satisfactory. Although the issue on 10/20 (rough idle) was initially presented by the Service Advisor Dewayne Hudson as my liability, he took upon himself the responsibility of sorting the warranty problem and was able to verify coverage, thereby dramatically reducing the charge for the repair. Both the Quik Lane Manager Ms. Maddie Barton and (especially) Service Advisor Mr. Dewaynes Hudson deserve credit for working through a difficult warranty issue. They have helped to restore my confidence in Tom Wood Ford. The three-star rating reflects some minor damage to the vehicle during the Quik Lane and Service Department service visits. I am satisfied with the work performed on 10/20/17. As the idle issue has improved but is not yet fully corrected, I will be returning to Tom Ford in the near future to have it addressed further. I called ahead and was able to get your number from my local distributor. Jill was very professional and thorough on the phone. You were very patient in dealing with our leasing company (it’s a Fleet car), getting the proper approvals and keeping me in the loop as to your progress – I really appreciated that! Here’s the kicker – on my way home, and accident occurred between a car and tractor trailer only a few lengths in front of me in Pennsylvania. I was glad then, when I needed the brakes most, that you and your team had returned them to like new condition! (Fortunately, no one was hurt in the accident). More
Ripoff I will be honest and sorry if someone’s feelings would be hurt. I had a ford edge and they want to charge me around 850 to get my sunroof fixed. Also, my light bulb went out and they will charge me almost 120 to do the light bulb. Not sure if they know anything about AutoZone or walmart, they sell bulbs for 15 bucks. They charged me 80 to inspect the sunroof. I’m not against people making money, but just be reasonable it’s only 2011 ford edge. More

This was my first experience with this service center as I just moved from out of town. Scheduled an appointment online like I have done at other Ford dealers. My 8:15 appointment started at 8:45 as other people who "walked in" got ahead of me in queue. But the real problem is with the service itself. I ran an errand immediately after the service appointment only to find a lug not on the ground next to my right rear tire. I immediately went to a auto parts store and bought a torque wrench. Tightened the lug nut in question and decided to check the remaining nuts. I found 5 more that were loose and just finger tightened. How in the world does that happen? I waited for nearly two hours for this service and this is the level of work being performed? I am just lucky I did not have far to drive afterwards. More

Able to sell cars - Not able to complete the paperwork! We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Everything seemed to go smoothly and we were assured that plate transfer would take place. Fast forward a month and we have never received any registration paperwork, nor any title paperwork. We received the plate renewal for the old car. A quick call to the BMV confirmed that the plate transfer was not complete. Several calls to the dealer and we are required to take title paperwork to the BMV ourselves. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I had an appointment to talk to someone about me lease turn-in and immediately had my lease picked apart nearly to the point I was being questioned about an accident because of a faulty airbag module. I'm sorry, but when you lease a car for three years, you can't expect it to come back looking BRAND NEW. We went in with a specific budget and when the numbers didn't work out on the original vehicle, this dealership made no attempt to try and get us into a similar vehicle to make a sale happen. It was almost like they didn't want to sell a vehicle. We went to another dealership and were able to get the car that we WANTED, with the terms we wanted, and left feeling like we had made a good purchase with a dealership that valued our business. Go to another dealership that truly wants your business. More
