Service was awful. They provided a dishonest quote and tried to get me to pay $3k for something I knew was fine before bringing it it. BEWARE! !! Over priced parts & labor in the service department. I had a headlight bulb replaced on my 2015 Fusion (just the bulb). The bumper has to be rem !! Over priced parts & labor in the service department. I had a headlight bulb replaced on my 2015 Fusion (just the bulb). The bumper has to be removed, so I expected it to be a little more than a normal car, but what Tom Wood Ford charged me was outrageous! I was charged $470 to change the just the bulb AND for labor. I had the exact same thing done on the other headlight in 2023 at a Ford Dealership in Ft. Wayne and was charged $141 for the bulb and labor. When I spoke to the service advisor he said their labor cost is a "little" more than most other places. I corrected him and said it's a lot more and they are xxxxxx people. After I complained they took $50 off. Still xxxxxx people. I will NEVER take my car there again. More
