Absolutely the worst experience. I made two trips for service and still don’t have the necessary repairs. I waited a month for the second appointment only to be told that I would nee I made two trips for service and still don’t have the necessary repairs. I waited a month for the second appointment only to be told that I would need to spend another $600 and have another appointment. I have everything documented. I’ve been to really great dealerships that were nothing like what I saw here. My concerns fell on deaf ears there and I was “swept under the rug”. They were actually going to let me leave with no paperwork on what they did until I insisted. I’d be happy to share my specific details with anyone interested. By the way, I was there 3 hours on each appointment. Avoid service here. You’ve been warned. More
