Today was my first time dealing with the service department at Tom Hesser Chevrolet/BMW. I brought my Trax in for a recall appointment and had my oil changed(which i didn't have an appointment for) department at Tom Hesser Chevrolet/BMW. I brought my Trax in for a recall appointment and had my oil changed(which i didn't have an appointment for) but asked Alisha if it was OK to add on the oil change. She said no problem and added it on for me. It's nice to walk into a dealership service department and not feel overwhelmed or rushed or like you have no clue what you're talking about. Definitely 5 stars today for Alisha and the rest of the service department. See you guys in 5,000 miles... lol More

The one lady that works in the office it was rude. I spent a lot of money on my car to find out that they only reseted the battery and never did the O2 sensors the upper and downer. The sale was easy- service was not easy. Repair parts were ordered and it took 3 months: June 3rd til Sept 10th Wife had called multiple times, left messages and only spoke with someone 3 of Repair parts were ordered and it took 3 months: June 3rd til Sept 10th Wife had called multiple times, left messages and only spoke with someone 3 of the 8 calls. Service was scheduled and completed, upon returning home noticed the underside cover was missing from the center console, called two times to get to a cust service rep. Wife returned to shop to search and pick it up. The part was still in the shop (technician thought it was to be replaced but it was okay to be installed back into the vehicle) This was frustrating and time wasted. More
