This dealership is sooo frustrating! NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! First I waited 5 minutes on hold...then FINALLY! I got through and told the gentleman exactly what I was looking for...His response (IG THESE PEOPLE! First I waited 5 minutes on hold...then FINALLY! I got through and told the gentleman exactly what I was looking for...His response (IGNORANT ATTITUDE!) was, "What's the VIN?" I said I don't have the vin with me, he said (w/ his xxxxxxx ATTITUDE)..."I need the vin." I said, "You can't look the part up any other way." He said, "NO." .....I found my part online and probably SAVED MONEY anyways! But, I like to support local business...I AM NOW CHANGING MY WAYS!...Thanks for the Help Tom Hesser...YOU WILL DEF!
