We had no idea how difficult it was finding this particular model (Stinger GT2 AWD Scorpion), but Sales Manager Cody in his relentless pursuit managed to locate, obtain and transport the car within days. Baylee then took us through the finance documentation process, the usually “not so fun” part of the deal; but his thoroughness, candor and sense of humor made it pleasant. Finally before leaving, Linda was turned over to Product Specialist Pash who spent a great deal of time explaining and demonstrating all the features of the vehicle, which are many and can be complicated. He was very patient, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough with his explanations, which involved quite a bit of discussion with Linda as she was learning them. After some time going over the many safety and performance features of the car, he had her drive a course so she could see how the vehicle handled and use the features before heading out on the freeway. Pash gave her the confidence and knowledge to handle the vehicle before she left so she could drive home safely. This team went above and beyond our expectations when purchasing this vehicle. It was such a pleasant experience with everyone who helped us, and we cannot thank them enough for all their efforts to make sure our experience was memorable, and it sure was! More
