Mazda sold us a Lemon. We bought a new 2024 Mazda CX-90 around a year ago. It has a bunch of recalls. We took it in and they said they fixed it. 1 month later and check engine light is back on. They can't look at it and scheduled us 1 month out. I was going to trade it in but found out in 1 year it has lost over 33% of its value. I am now upside down on my loan that I pay $850 per month on. I don't recommend Mazda.
Clean environment , they let you know on video what they are doing when servicing your vehicle . Aaron is awesome !!!! I trust them with my car and trust is Very important.to me as a customer . Highly recommend .
Took my car there to get a bunch of things serviced.They charged me in excessive amount and kept my car for a week not to fix any of my problems.
Excellent service for my Miata. Normal service, full safety check. Plus factory recall update. This was done with a very thorough inspection at arrival; an estimate for the service that was accurate. Completed in a most timely manner. In addition a navigation system correction is needed and a recommendation/estimate that is accurate was provided.
I am very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Dolan Mazda. They make sure to take care of their customers. While waiting for an oil change on my car I was offered drinks, snacks, and even asked if I needed a ride somewhere. They made sure I was notified as soon as my car was finished and even washed it. I recommend Dolan Mazda for their excellent service.
Steve in the Service Department helped me get the 5000mile oilchange/tire rotation completed on my 2024 Mazda CX50 but, after 4 months the Stargard still doesn't work. The Salesmen at Dolan Mazda need to stop selling the Stargard product if it can't be activated on a CX50.
