Narciso had taken the time to learn all the available feature options and quickly provided accurate answers to all of our questions. Nothing turns me off quicker than when a salesperson doesn't know their product, so Ciso's knowledge must be mentioned. This is a car dealership, and we understand they operate with the goal of moving inventory at maximum profit. Fair enough, that's how all business operates. However, we felt zero pressure. The transaction was handled as a friendly conversation and any of our concerns were addressed in a straight-forward manner. I choose whether or not to give my business to a dealer based on the customer service values of the men and women out on the floor. I've now chosen Dolan Mazda twice. More

Bought a new CX-5 and it was a good. The product Specialist was great. We had a nice cruise around Reno and learned a lot about the car. The only thing missing was Sirus XM was not avai The product Specialist was great. We had a nice cruise around Reno and learned a lot about the car. The only thing missing was Sirus XM was not available in the 2018 model we wanted, and that was a deal breaker because where we live and where we go we have no radio or cell service. Ciso looked and looked and eventually found us a 2017 model with the Sirius XM, even though it wasn't the year we wanted, we bought it and it was fully loaded. so far we are happy. More
