Courteous, Helpful and Knowledgeable We went in on a Wednesday late afternoon and walked out with a new car that night. The staff stayed past their shift to ensure we were taken care of. We worked with Ben Westby, Cody Paxton, and the Finance Manager. Walking in the doors we did not feel pressured. They listened to what we wanted in a vehicle, the payments we wanted and the amount we wanted to pay. Ben was very knowledgeable even when I asked challenging questions he knew the answers/facts or went to find out the answers.The employees demonstrated great teamwork. Ben followed up a couple days later with a phone call making sure we didn't have any questions and that we were enjoying the vehicle. Cody Paxton was very honest in answering our questions and included giving us any information that was disadvantageous between models.
