We worked with Ben Westby, Cody Paxton, and the Finance Manager. Walking in the doors we did not feel pressured. They listened to what we wanted in a vehicle, the payments we wanted and the amount we wanted to pay. Ben was very knowledgeable even when I asked challenging questions he knew the answers/facts or went to find out the answers.The employees demonstrated great teamwork. Ben followed up a couple days later with a phone call making sure we didn't have any questions and that we were enjoying the vehicle. Cody Paxton was very honest in answering our questions and included giving us any information that was disadvantageous between models. Narciso had taken the time to learn all the available feature options and quickly provided accurate answers to all of our questions. Nothing turns me off quicker than when a salesperson doesn't know their product, so Ciso's knowledge must be mentioned. This is a car dealership, and we understand they operate with the goal of moving inventory at maximum profit. Fair enough, that's how all business operates. However, we felt zero pressure. The transaction was handled as a friendly conversation and any of our concerns were addressed in a straight-forward manner. I choose whether or not to give my business to a dealer based on the customer service values of the men and women out on the floor. I've now chosen Dolan Mazda twice. More
