FIRST TIME BUYER EXPERIENCE Ben was super friendly and professional. He answered most questions I had and I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. Once the deal was all said and done Ben was super friendly and professional. He answered most questions I had and I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. Once the deal was all said and done I had a problem with my credit score report not showing up accurately and it messed everything up. He managed to negotiate a deal with a bank and got the APR and monthly rate I was comfortable with. If you’re shopping around town and find yourself at Dolan Mazda, I highley recommend Ben. Side note: Baylee was super pushy! I mentioned how much MAZDA charged for window tinting and he said $299. The only reason i asked him was for a quote, but apparently he added it on for “free” so I got it. I understand it’s his job, but don’t make the customer feel uncomfortable. More
