He is very polite and knowledgeable. The car we wanted was not at his lot, Ben found the car we were looking for and made the deal to bring it to Reno for us. I could not have been more pleased. Baylee Kennedy processed our paperwork and he was also very knowledgeable and courteous. Baylee went out of his way to accommodate our requests and answer all our questions. Even Christian Ruiz-Lopez, the employee who handles all clients with repair service bent over backwards to help us. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the transaction and to make sure we knew we can call him at anytime with any questions or appointments arrangements we might need to make. Dolan even has an employee who drives full time to take clients to and from their establishment to wherever they need to be, you just can't be that service! He was also very friendly. It seems Dolan has a great team of employees working form them and I love the Kia, it is just beautiful and had all the bells and whistles that I wanted. Thank you Dolan, Ben & Baylee and the rest of the staff for making our experience a great one! We highly recommend buying a car from Dolan and this team of great employees. More
