Extremely poor - brought car to have sensor changed in tire and then my 18 month old Battery amazingly died after they test drove the car - and then my air conditioning which has worked excellently the pa tire and then my 18 month old Battery amazingly died after they test drove the car - and then my air conditioning which has worked excellently the past 3 years suddenly had issues and stopped working. Final bill was $1500 - absolute travesty!!! Never again More

I travel from St. Simons Island, Georgia to Tom Bush VW in Jacksonville to have my vehicle serviced. I do so because of the Excellent Service I receive at Tom Bush. Chris was very professional, helpful, and assistive! When I arrived at my scheduled appointment, I was told I didn’t actually have an appointment.
