I had a VW Passat that was not running well and had it towed there. They sent someone to my house that a.m. and it was in the service garage within the hour. It was a recalled item and they had it fixed towed there. They sent someone to my house that a.m. and it was in the service garage within the hour. It was a recalled item and they had it fixed within a few hours. We expected it to sit and not worked on until the next day, but not with them. They were so helpful. More
I have bought 3 cars from Tom Bush over the last 4 years (BMW Z4, Mazda 3, VW Passat), and each time it has the same laid-back attitude and atmosphere. One thing that stuck me about this dealership is the l (BMW Z4, Mazda 3, VW Passat), and each time it has the same laid-back attitude and atmosphere. One thing that stuck me about this dealership is the longevity of the employee. While I was doing the paper work for the last car I bought, I ran into the two previous sales man that I bought my other cars with. Very friendly and knowledgeable, they are here for the long haul and not just to make a quick buck and move on. This last car I bought, a certified VW Passat, provided the opportunity for this dearlership to shine. Being a used car, it had some minor nicks and dings to it. On the day of the closing, I noticed that the driver door had a ripple through it only noticeable when view from the side and when the car is clean. I pointed this out to my sales guy (Kevin Fleming), and he advised his sales manager. They came back and said they will take care of it along with a damaged shifter knob. Being a pessimist, I thought 'yeah right', but we'll give them a chance to see if they come through. We arranged to have the car bought in the next week, and Kevin offered a loaner car several times (which we declined). The repair took longer than expected, but Kevin had kept me informed the whole time. When it was ready, the ripple was smoothed out, color matched perfectly and not a slight hint that it was damaged. Also, it look like they replaced the shifter knob with a new one. Bottom line, Tom Bush made good on their promise and now will have a customer for life. I highly recommend to anyone that's interested in a BMW, Mazda, VW or Mini to talk to these folks first before going other dealerships. More

My Jetta was damaged in an car crash on 5/8. I drove it to Tom Bush Collision on 5/13 and the other party in the crash took liability for the crash so State Farm handled the claim. After 45 days( and calli to Tom Bush Collision on 5/13 and the other party in the crash took liability for the crash so State Farm handled the claim. After 45 days( and calling every other day for the past 2 weeks to follow up) I went to pick up the car and deliver the insurance checks. Considering the damage it was much too long and the rental car reimbursement had run out. After signing over the checks I went outside to get the car and the car was not fixed properly (Trunk did not line up, bumper was not on properly, paint problems, front hood seams were wrong). I showed them and they assured me that they would take care of it. They gave me a loaner car. However, In the loaner car I was hit by a accident . They immediately wanted payment arrangements for it with a sense of urgency that was completely lacking when dealing with my car's repairs. On 7/20 I called and they told me that the body work was done but the car would not shift out of 1st gear so they were sending over to the vw mechanic to take care of that. Then on August 4 the shop called me and told me my car was done but I could not pick it up until I got state farm to pay $147.12. They wanted me to get in the middle of their dealings with the insurance company where I have no business being. I called state farm and they said that Tom Bush collision had been paid $340 more than was approved in the supplementals and Tom Bush owed them money. Long story short I took my car to Tom Bush collision almost 3 months ago and they won't let me have my car back till I pay $147.12 even though it is not my personal insurance policy that is paying for the repairs. 45 days was to be expected but the next 45 days of having my car in that shop has been a nightmare. I have had auto body work done on my car before and it was a simple process that did not take nearly as long despite being a larger estimate. I have no confidence in this shop. Even having a warranty worries me because of the time it takes for them to get anything done. I thought that using the VW dealership would be the best option but it turned out to be a mistake. More
