He was very friendly thorough and professional in working with us. He has to be the most patient sales person we have ever dealt with as we worked our way thru the sales/purchase process. We believe we settled on a fair price for our new EOS and appreciate the dealership "working with us" on our trade in. We also enjoyed dealing with Craig in the Finance area as he was very friendly and helpful in our review of the sales documents. Although we have not dealt with your service department yet, our overall experience with Tom Bush at this point, makes us feel you will be fair and helpful to us when we do have to bring the car in for servicing in the future. Both Elizabeth (Internet Manager) and Jimmy (Sales Manager)were a pleasure to deal with. In addition to being pleasant and very responsive, I felt we got a very fair price. It was by far the easiest and most hassle free car purchasing experience I have ever had. There were no surprises, which I truly appreciated. 10-27-2011 John Bush, I bought a 2003 S- Type Jaguar 10-27-2011 John Bush, I bought a 2003 S- Type Jaguar on 8-26-2011 the service I received from the sales man Thaddeus Bruce was outstanding 10-27-2011 John Bush, I bought a 2003 S- Type Jaguar on 8-26-2011 the service I received from the sales man Thaddeus Bruce was outstanding and that was the last bit of good service I’ve received from your company. The issue at hand is I called to make my payment to American Credit Acceptance for $197.11 the lady then tells me my payment is $247.16. The contract I have does not match what they have on file. Had Mike Grant from ACA email me a copy and I in turn sent him a copy of the contract I have. After he reviewed both contracts he noticed the same thing I did the signatures ARE NOT THE SAME. I have talked to Robert Hudson who told me I signed three contracts with your company. Then talked to Craig Flakes who said I signed two Contracts. Mr. Flakes is correct the night I bought the car I signed one contract the next morning when I came back to pick up the car and show proof of insurance, Thaddeus met me and said he had good news they found a way to reduce the payments at that time I gave Mr. Flakes my old contract and signed a new one which is the one I have in hand. I talked to Dan Fagin yesterday and he said he has talked to Mike Grant and they have worked it out, that your company IS GOING TO CUT A CHECK TO AMERICAN CREDIT ACCEPTANCE for the DIFFERRANC IN THE CONTRACTS. He wants me to come in Friday when I get back in town and sign another contract that will have the same terms as the one I have. The three men I have talked to that represent your company have all passed the buck and not taken any responsibility of the issue at hand which is FRAUD! I sent a copy of the contract I have and also a copy of the contract ACA sent me to your finance department and all I’ve been told sorry you feel that way but we did nothing wrong. But Mr. Fagin has made an agreement with the finance company to pay them. In my eyes and soon to be others that is an admission of guilt. If you would like I will send you the same documents I sent to your finance department also will give you other items I have signed so you can see that the signatures are not the same as the one’s your company sent up to American Credit Acceptance on my behalf.
