I decided that I would venture into Tom Bush Mazda off of Blanding Blvd Orange Park FL to check one out. Upon my arrival I was graciously greeted and asked if I needed any help with anything. The salesman was Rob Miller who did a great job showing me all the CX models that they currently had. What really impressed me was Rob’s knowledge of the automobile that I was inquiring about. Although I did not buy the car that day, I will for sure give this young man a call when I am ready. I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I had to express my gratitude towards Rob and the Tom Bush team for a great visit. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. I wish more visits to the dealership would end up this way. Thanks Rob More

He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous through every step of communication and purchase. There was never any pressure. The price quoted via the internet was the actual price of the vehicle when we arrived at the dealership. Brett arranged for the car we wanted to be transported from another Mazda dealership. He and the finance manager were accommodating to our work schedules and stayed late in the evening to facilitate the purchase. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no bait and switch, no price increases, no unnecessary dealer add-ons that we experienced at other dealerships. I cannot thank you enough for the no-hassle experience. My only wish is that we found Tom Bush and Brett Sanders first! More

At Mazda, Jay Eason, greeted me with a smile, he listened to what I was trying to do (lower payment/better gas mileage), asked what as looking for and showed me the Mazda3. I am not a impulse buyer, so over the next six days, I continued my research. I asked further questions (including ? about financing). Jay introduced me to Jimmy and he proceeded to help me with my questions in this area and assured me we could get it done. Overall, I made about 8 visits to the store. I was never pressured, told the deal would change "if I didn't buy today", or made to feel like I was being held hostage (while I waited to meet the manager before leaving). As a matter of fact, both Jay and Jimmy assured me they could locate a car for me if they didn't have it when the time came and I made my decision. On one visit I took my three grandkids with me, Rene, at the reception desk provided coloring books, crayons, and drinks. The kids had a blast and behaved (Wow). In the end, I was able to get the lower payment, better gas mileage, and a car I love. Craig, in finance was awesome and able to get the deal done at a better rate then anywhere else! I can say without a doubt that this team is the best. Customer service is important to them and it shows in how they listened and followed through in meeting my buying/financing needs. Great job! I was shopping online for a vehicle with better gas mileage than my Saturn Vue. When I saw the Mazda CX 5 it looked like just what I was looking for. I asked for more information and was contacted by Liz. She was very helpful getting me the information. She even went out and measured the height of the seats to see if it was lower Thames my Saturn. This was important to me since my elderly mother had a hard time getting in my vehicle. When it came time to test drive the CX 5, Liz brought it by my workplace at lunch time so I didn't have to take time off. Liz was always very quick to respond to all my emailed questions. When I decided to purchase, Liz had all of my paperwork ready for my signature so it was a quick and painless process. Thanks for making this such an easy and fun transaction.
