Gino found my dream truck I was shopping for a new truck and was getting the run around at all the dealers I visited. A family friend told me about his "guy" that goes to the a I was shopping for a new truck and was getting the run around at all the dealers I visited. A family friend told me about his "guy" that goes to the auctions and finds specific cars. He gave me his number and that is how I was introduced to Gino Manley... I told Gino what I wanted and he clearly knew trucks because he asked all the right questions. He asked my price range, equipment, ect. He even made some recommendations of his own as far as what to buy. He said to give him a few days and to be patient and he would see if he could find one wholesale or at auction. Well a few days was more like 24 hours. The next day he emailed me pics to the perfect truck. I told him to get it, of course at auction who knows what the price would be. He said he would get it only if the price made sense for me. And I appreciated this!! Long story short he won it for me at auction, personally flew to NC, and drove it back himself so I could get is ASAP!!! The price was below budget and the truck was perfect. I promise you won't find this type of service anywhere else. Call him he will find it. More

We stumbled upon the Tom Bush lot and met a young man named Gino Manley. He showed us some vehicles and we found a model we liked a lot. We were not ready to purchase but his service was incredible. In fact when we got home he followed up with us. We decided we really liked the Ford SUV he showed us but now we were 5 hours away. Would you belive Gino trailered the car himself to our credit union in Alabama. Met us with the paperwork and hauled our trade away. We are customers for life. Thank you Gino. More

Great customer service from the very start. While watching TV, I noticed a commercial that had the new CX-9 and was immediately interested in this particular vehicle. I decided that I would venture into Tom Bush Mazda off of Blanding Blvd Orange Park FL to check one out. Upon my arrival I was graciously greeted and asked if I needed any help with anything. The salesman was Rob Miller who did a great job showing me all the CX models that they currently had. What really impressed me was Rob’s knowledge of the automobile that I was inquiring about. Although I did not buy the car that day, I will for sure give this young man a call when I am ready. I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I had to express my gratitude towards Rob and the Tom Bush team for a great visit. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous through every step of communication and purchase. There was never any pressure. The price quoted via the internet was the actual price of the vehicle when we arrived at the dealership. Brett arranged for the car we wanted to be transported from another Mazda dealership. He and the finance manager were accommodating to our work schedules and stayed late in the evening to facilitate the purchase. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no bait and switch, no price increases, no unnecessary dealer add-ons that we experienced at other dealerships. I cannot thank you enough for the no-hassle experience. My only wish is that we found Tom Bush and Brett Sanders first! More
