Devyn worked with us on some of the last steps and was also friendly and knowledgeable. The process is very transparent, everyone makes you comfortable while you’re there. It’s a nice environment. Tom Bush Mazda's service center rep - Sandy West - is extremely rude and condescending to customers. She misbehaved with me and my wife during our service visit on September 29th, 2023. She was talking l extremely rude and condescending to customers. She misbehaved with me and my wife during our service visit on September 29th, 2023. She was talking loudly to us and made us wait 5 minutes just to get the service started, while she was just reading something on the computer. She also made us wait for 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation which should take just one hour. She did not respond to a text I sent her asking for an update on the service. I've gone to Tom Bush for servicing my vehicle numerous times - and I've had a similar experience every single time. I firmly think she should be replaced with a more customer-friendly and courteous person. More

I was suddenly in need of a car after mine was totaled in a hit and run accident. We have previously purchased 2 cars from Tom Bush Mazda and have been very pleased with their service both times, so we decid a hit and run accident. We have previously purchased 2 cars from Tom Bush Mazda and have been very pleased with their service both times, so we decided to visit again and met with Joe. I told him what I was looking for and he and Daniel went to work looking for a car. I know I didn't make their job easy since I was pretty particular about what I wanted. They went the extra mile in locating the car with the features I wanted and the color I wanted. I cannot recommend Tom Bush Mazda enough. If you want great service and a staff willing to go the extra mile, this is the place to go. More
This experience was horrible with cash in hand because the company automatically stereotypes all customers as criminals or with criminal intentions. We, my long time coparent and I were coordinating the purchase of a new car for our daughter who is turning 16. The purchase was going to be made by the grandfather of the mother and we were just brokering the deal to be made with cash. In the beginning there were a few issues with identity and addresses not matching, so we had to clear those things up easily with verification. Maybe it might have raised suspicion but we went through all steps they had us do and moving forward. It was also brought to our attention at a later phone call with mother that because the mother came in sooner than expected to fill out paper needing completed, that it drew suspicion on the deal. This phone call the mother was hung up on and the GM said the deal was off. We were never communicated with on a 10 day hold for a check, we were never communicated with that they needed to speak to grandfather, and we were getting updates on the car on the service status that the seller told us to ignore and it was some automated bogus system sending us false updates. Poor communication, poor business practices to identify all customers as criminals. The judgement was made because in the beginning an employee made a comment about how they were almost scammed out of 80K deal. We gave them a personal check with check writers ID and they still didn’t trust us. This is horrible business practices by an absolutely disgusting versed GM who in phone conversations showed disrespect to my Fiancé. Needless to say, the GM and his arrogant and disrespectful attitude now has our 16 year old in tears. More
