Today's Collision took us in as quickly as possible, arranged a rental with Enterprise, quoted us a reasonable time, and took it from there. It was painless. The appraisal from the insurance company would only replace the broken door window with generic parts, but Matt worked diligently with our insurance company to arrange for OEM parts. After several days and a thorough cleaning, the car was good as new! If you've got a car needing body work, want to work with down-to-earth people, and looking for outstanding customer service ... From the moment I called until the day they returned my car to me looking and running just like it did when I had bought it; I had nothing but an excellent experience. Matt is such a nice guy and even though I called him WAY more than I needed to in anticipation of the return of my car; he was always polite and super understanding. Today's went out of their way to make sure I had the best possible experience I could have in the situation I was in. They have my business for as long as I own a car and live in Eastern Massachusetts. Thank you all for all of your help! More

Second visit to Todays Collision (unfortunately), once again my experience was exceptional. My daughter was hit from behind by an uninsured driver, and our situation was considered on all levels. They did not take the car until they were ready to start work on it, our rental needs were met, Matt kept in touch with the progress regularly, the final product was terrific. I brought my car to this dealer for first time. I need to fix my right front fender. They used my estimate money effectively. Nothing but a first class experience. From the first moment I drove into the shop parking lot, I was treated honestly and fairly.
