My car was rear ended. The at fault party insurance company generated an estimate for the damage on my G35 coupe. After reviewing auto body shops in Malden, MA, selected Today's Collision (close to home & good reviews). I stopped at the shop on a Friday with estimate in hand to get an initial read on the shop. The facility in Malden is easy to find, clean and very inviting. Customer service was very good: greeting right after getting into facility and promptly attended to. Facility was unable to take my car right away, but a drop off date was coordinated. Dropped car at 8:30AM on Monday. Rental car agent met me at shop and I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Insurance company called to indicate rental was extended to Friday to accommodate parts delivery delay. Single issue with service: left a voice mail on Thursday to confirm car would be ready for pick up on Friday. I expected a call from shop rather than having to take initiative. Call was returned within an hour with confirmation car would be ready by 4:30PM Friday. Got to the site at 4:00PM and the car was ready. Great job and shop worked directly with insurance to address issues with parts availability to be able to complete work on time. Body shop coordinated with rental agency for rental pick up. Paid for residual established in estimate, no surprise charges. Very satisfied with service and professionalism. Highly recommended Today's Collision Center. More

I just wanted to right a review because it has been so long since I had such a positive experience with a car repair shop. Not only did they restore my (almost 10 year old car) back to showroom condition long since I had such a positive experience with a car repair shop. Not only did they restore my (almost 10 year old car) back to showroom condition, but they also detailed the car in and out. Honestly the car has not looked this good in years. It is so nice to know that I have found a place I can trust and enjoy dealing with. I will always use Todays Collision Repair if the need arises, and will recommend the shop to all I know. I have used Todays Auto Body several times and found the service and quality of repairs outstanding. They are respectful to the customer and thier situation. No problems in the car rental, it was quick pain service and quality of repairs outstanding. They are respectful to the customer and thier situation. Today's Collision repaired my 2001 BMW Z-3 that had been damaged. I can not say enough about how great the repair came out, it was perfect. I had the occasion to use Today's Collision twice within a three-month period and I could not recommend their work more (both accidents not my fault). This is not only the best auto body shop around -- it a three-month period and I could not recommend their work more (both accidents not my fault). This is not only the best auto body shop around -- it is the best BUSINESS I have worked with. They take something that is inherently stressful (getting your car repaired after an accident) and make it completely worry-free. Everytime you walk through the door, someone always greets you with a warm hello which makes you feel like they value your business. This does not even address however the obvious pride of workmanship that is put into repairing your vehicle. My van was sideswiped by a drunk driver and after they were done with it, it looked fantastic. They completely detailed the inside of my car which was a great perk, as I have two young kids who like to make quite a mess. They truly gave the car back to me in BETTER condition than before the accident. I could not recommend Today's more -- if you go anywhere else for your auto body work, you are missing out. More
