I'm still waiting for a week or so before I can say the quality of the car I purchased is up to par. In the mornings or even when it has been sitting for a while the car is ruff idling and difficult start quality of the car I purchased is up to par. I have to turn it over more times then, in my experience with vehicles, it should take to start. I have worked with many different makes and models and most start withing 2-4 cranks. My Taurus does not. I'm not complaining too much and I have not spoken to the dealer about it yet but just a small FYI for those of us buying used cars that know the mechanical "norm". Other then that I am very happy. They worked with me even with my credit still in shambles. Thank you, Eddie Crandell More

I had a wonderful experiance with Titus-Will. I did not have time to go to Olympia to test drive the vehicles I found on line; so they brought them to ME! That was great customer service! I could not make up my mind, but they were very patient with me. I never felt pressured or rushed. I feel I got a great deal. No buyers remorse! Refi'd my house so was looking at buying a new truck. Looked at Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Chev (not Ford). To make a long story short, Geri was one of the best salespeople we worked with (had several feelers out online as well). Actually went to the Nissan dealership TWICE to test drive a truck and no one ever came out to help us. I gave them 5 min each time and the salesmen must have been rich already, as there was no one else in the lot and they were just leaning up against the wall having a smoke. Oh well. Went back to Titus Will 3 or 4 times and test drove 2 different trucks (ext. cab and crew cab) and asked tons of questions. Geri never was rude or tried to hurry us up to get to another customer. ALWAYS got back to my different inquiries about options/price/etc. the same day or first thing the next day. I actually made my decision on the truck i wanted but could not pay for it as my refi was taking forever, and they held it without any problem at all without even asking for money down. First class all the way. Would recommend this dealership (at least Geri as she is all i have really worked with thus far) without a doubt! More

I did all of my used car research online (auto trader) and ended up at Titus-Will Chevrolet Hyundai in the Olympia Auto Mall. I had an appointment with Nancy to see a used Toyota Camry. When I got there I and ended up at Titus-Will Chevrolet Hyundai in the Olympia Auto Mall. I had an appointment with Nancy to see a used Toyota Camry. When I got there I was greeted by a friendly sales person who tracked down Nancy for me. Nancy showed me the Camry and two or three similar models (a Hyundai Sonata, a Chevy Malibu, and one other one). I ended up liking the Hyundai Sonata the best because it had a better warranty and it was silver. Between Nancy and her manager Kevin, I feel like I was treated with respect and got a really good deal. I was a bit nervous making such a big purchase but Nancy made it easy. I didn't know it until after I signed the paperwork, but I was given a key tag that entitles me to 1/2 off oil changes for as long as I own my car! I drove from Tacoma to Olympia and couldn't be happier with my new (used) Sonata and the way I was treated at Titus-Will. More

1 year ago we bought a 2001 cadillac catera The paperwork regarding the service contract contained two different contracts. We thought we bought the best coverage and they will not give it to us e paperwork regarding the service contract contained two different contracts. We thought we bought the best coverage and they will not give it to us even though they regocnised that the paperwork was inconsistent and confusing and their service contract manager, Sue promised us she would correct the contract to show the one we actually purchased - the highest level of coverage. Of course when we went in to use it we found it was never corrected. We will never purchase with Titus Will Olympia again. We did buy a car since then, from Belleve Cadillac and they were wonderful The treated us the way we believe cadillac car buyers should be treated! More
