He was just what we wanted in a sales person. Absolutely no pressure, truthful, honest, great sense of humor, and no doubt in our minds, a very loyal hard working person. Joey made the financing side very swift and easy. As for the car we purchased, I believe we could have sold a couple of them this week from parking lots. We are asked 1) what kind of car is it? 2) who did we buy from 3)are we enjoying the car. Being "show car enthusiast", we are having too much fun with this car and quite a thrill showing it off. Grady was very friendly and helpful. I was going to just blow him off when I got on the lot because I was "just looking" I decided to give him a chance and told him I was looking for a Hyundai Sonata and he blow him off when I got on the lot because I was "just looking" I decided to give him a chance and told him I was looking for a Hyundai Sonata and he took me to the first car it was to old and had too many miles for what I was looking for. He then took me over to the Black Sonata and even though I wasn't thrilled with black he took me thru the car and asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. Which I did. I like the way the car drove and handled and told him that I would bring my wife back when she got off of work. He told me that he would get the car washed and shiny so when my wife saw it she would like it as well. After our drive he was not pushy and he gave my wife time to talk about it. We decided to buy the car and then noticed a ding in the rear door. He said that they have a person that can take it out, "No Problem!" Grady was very friendly and halpful thru everything. Will was helpful in filling out all of the paperwork and when I forgot to bring my check book for the down payment (over $6,000) he said no problem you can take the car tonight. I told him he did not have to do anything special and he told me that with credit scores like yours we trust you! He also was not pushy or in a hurry. He did go the extra mile for me and found a better deal car for me than a car that I saw on your website. Rodney did an excellent job made me feel very comfortable. It was the person who I signed the paperwork with that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She made me feel that I was making the biggest mistake of my life. It really bothered me. I left out of the store wondering if I did something wrong by signing my life away on paperwork. I was waiting for her to tell me, "you will fail in keeping your payments and you suck". Ha. If it wasn't for Rodney actually making the experience worthwhile I would have not purchased the vehicle. The aspect of signing the paperwork made me feel very uneasy - felt unfriendly. I had questions on what I was signing but did not ask because she automatically assumed I knew everything. Actually had to research what I signed when I got home. I am sort of glad I got the opportunity to respond to this questionnaire - I was leery on this aspect of the process of signing for a new vehicle. In all, the car is running great and I do not have any complaints...outside of the in store experience. Kudos for Rodney...not so kudos for the person who assisted me with the documentation - should speak volumes that I cannot remember her name :(. More
