Good Car/Not the Best Experience Overall my experience at Titus Will was good. However, the salesman that I was working with was rude to my mom on several occasions. I am a first time car buyer and brought an experienced person with me. When my mom would question the salesman in any way, he was short and rude to her. It is his job to sell us a car, but it is our job to make sure we are getting a good deal. I also thought that the way the survey was presented to me was very unprofessional. While setting up my bluelink, I was told that a survey was coming. It was portrayed to me that if I did not give a good review, then I was the reason that the salesman did not get his bonuses for that month. It is not my job to give bonuses. If you want the bonuses at the end of the month, then you need to ensure you are doing your job. I felt that my youth and perceived "Naive" led the dealer to corner me into giving him a good review. I do want to say that I love my purchase and the financier I worked with was great. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased and would recommend to others but I just want to address some of my concerns. More

the deal these guys were great. Everything was clear. I was confused at one point about the taxes and fees and two people walked me through the construction of these guys were great. I am not sure what else they could have done. The sales manager even walked me through the wholesale and retail side of what happens to my trade in and why with such high mileage there were issues on the sale side of trying to finance it for someone else.
