Time sink. Poor retail experience. Total timesink for me. Did not need dealer financing. Had the car I wanted on the lot, had bank draft in hand, knew the payoff Poor retail experience. Still spent almost 4 hours in the dealer before finally driving away in my new purchase. Efficiency was not experienced at this store. Car is great except that tires were over-inflated and there was not one drop of washer dluid in the car. Will not recommend this store to others. More

Sales Staff Threatened to Take Away Complimentary Svs Cora Lee immediately did not know what then number of vehicles available in the make/model w wanted. She then stated that the vehicle we wanted didn' Cora Lee immediately did not know what then number of vehicles available in the make/model w wanted. She then stated that the vehicle we wanted didn't have the features we were looking for in that edition which turned out to be false. The brochures they had in the dealership were from the 2015 models and didn't have the 2017 brochures that showed the latest updates. After finding a car w wanted, Cora Lee stated that the floor mat and accessories were included and couldn't be taken off the price. Floor mats added like $400 and we wanted them removed from price. She then stated she could just "take away the complimentary lifetime oil changes as well". After speaking with the manager, he defended her poor attitude and stated she couldn't just take away a complimentary Sevice offered by the dealership. We decided to buy from a different dealership because at the end of the day no one wants to spend money and time with unknowledgeable, rude, sales staff who can't accommodate simple request on such a large purchase. More
