Excellent salesman/average service department I have worked with Greg Eckroth for several of my car purchases. He is knowledgeable, patient and seems to really care. I've had a couple minor issues I have worked with Greg Eckroth for several of my car purchases. He is knowledgeable, patient and seems to really care. I've had a couple minor issues or concerns with my vehicle after my purchase and Greg has taken time to work through them with me and has made sure I am taken care of. I have referred several friends and family members to Greg and they always have shared that they too had a great experience. I would feel confident purchasing from Greg again in the future. I also take my car here for service and maintenance. It is challenging to get appointments within a couple of days. I also have had issues with my vehicle that were diagnosed incorrectly or have taken, what I felt was, above average time to repair. I would say I have less confidence with the service department overall. More

Karl greeted me at the parking lot, led me straight to the car. Showed me all the options, and made me aware of some of the problems. It was too easy, I wanted it. Paperwork took less than an hour, Karl was consistent, confident, and simply a nice guy. I walked out to the car, the service department had already looked everything over made sure fluids, tire pressure, and hoses were good. I was out of the lot in two hours.
