Misdiagnosed Repair - $1,319 Later, Same Problem Persists I brought my 2020 Ford Raptor to Titus Will Ford on 7/7/25 with engine shaking, acceleration lag, and a blinking check engine light. They Persists I brought my 2020 Ford Raptor to Titus Will Ford on 7/7/25 with engine shaking, acceleration lag, and a blinking check engine light. They diagnosed it as faulty spark plugs and charged me $1,319.40 for the repair, assuring me it would fix the problem. Immediately after pickup, the exact same symptoms returned. I returned multiple times with video evidence of the continuing issues. Service Manager Justin admitted the spark plugs “could be part of the problem” but “didn’t know” if they would fix it - essentially admitting they charged me for guesswork, not a proper diagnosis. Despite promises from their service advisor that they would “work with me” on a refund, Justin refused any resolution when I requested my money back for the failed repair. I paid $1,319.40 for a repair that didn’t work, and they won’t stand behind their service. I cannot recommend this dealership. Find somewhere that will properly diagnose your vehicle before charging you thousands of dollars. More

1st public charge on my new Ford Lightning Flash and I was almost soured on EVs by a Ford dealership ironically. Had a 5-star sales experience with Bowen-Scarff Ford then a week later (as an inexperience 1st time EV owner), I was low on charge and needed my 1st public fill-up. My truck pointed out Titus-Will as an option. I plugged into their only charger and proceeded. 20 minutes and $45 dollars later I had 50 miles of range added and was thinking "why the xxxx did I buy an EV". That charge got me to Walmart in Covington were I plugged in. The charger recognized me as a Ford Pass member, 20 minutes later and $21, I had 150 miles of extra range, and the charger thanked me for being a Ford owner. Hey Titus-Will, think service after the sale and that you represent Ford as a whole! I thought there would be a no chance of getting screwed because I was a new Ford owner, trustingly pulling into a Ford dealership; but at least I learned a valuable experience on EV charging. You folks on the other hand (selling EVs), should have a charge station that at a minimum, recognizes Ford Pass members, and doesn't charge them triple the standard public rate. You shouldn't have Walmart outperforming you in Ford customer service. More
