Sorry to say, but I was so disappointed with their customer service, from the time of arrival. The tone of voice and treatment given because I had serviced my car elsewhere for my oil change. I was never asked for my full name just asked for what service I was bringing my vehicle for, which was my front left signal bulb replacement. After waiting for about 2 hours and a half; one of the service front desk guy called out “Patty de Leon” and I answered back No, I”m Alejandra Leon. So he said ok and left. I waited another hour, then same guy comes to me saying De Leon and I say Leon. He had 2 dirty filters and asks me if would like to replace them. I said just the engine filter and I can replace the front glove carparent one myself. I was concerned about the total cost so I asked how much it was going to total together with the light bulb replacement. He said about $80 and $165 for filters and fuel cleaning. So I said yes go ahead. So I waited about 30 minutes; moreover, he came out again and screamed to me from outside his front desk toward across the sitting waiting area, where other clients were present and they heard him shouting at me. Asking me if I was Leon or De Leon, and I told him I had already told him I was Alejandra Leon, but he said No. He was upset because supposedly I had approved the services for the filters, but it was for Paty De Leon”s vehicle, which she wasn’t present. I was so upset because he was blaming me for his mistake. I told him, “You never asked me for my full name at the time of arrival and second I had already said I wasn’t Patty De Leon!!! Next time if I go back I’m making an appointment with Paloma in Brownsville Texas, because she always makes you feel welcome. More
I took the car there for a recall. They said it would take about an hour. Took abit loner, but not an issue. I was happy with the service and the waiting area had comfortable chairs. Tipton Hyundai was excellent 5 star for customer service. David was the sales person and he was Very Good in listening to what I wanted in a car.
