attentive and helpful staff i had been shopping for a car featuring a specific make/model/feature package in/around our home near greensboro NC. we were having problems finding t i had been shopping for a car featuring a specific make/model/feature package in/around our home near greensboro NC. we were having problems finding this particular vehicle from our local subaru dealerships and did not feel that those dealerships were showing much effort to help us find such a car rather than trying to push our round peg into a square hole of what they had on the lot. we found the desired combination at tindol and scheduled an appointment to come down and test the vehicle out. the total experience - reservations, friendliness, non-pushy sales environment, sales price, sales transaction on whole - was exceptionally laid back, calm and not the typical (AKA "bad") car buying experience. brian tims and david montgomery helped move the process along nicely. while we don't buy cars often we would return to tindol without reservation and would urge others to do the same.
