No nonsense. Cassie then spent a full hour (at least) showing me every amazing detail on the advanced computer systems on the Forester. Since then, I've texted her at least 6 times with questions about the electronics. I always get a quick accurate and easy to understand answer. I have purchased/leased 3 cars in the last 3 years. Car parked right by the front door. Paperwork ready Explained everything. Service manager stopped by and introduced himself explained how they offer the first 3 oil changes for free. . Finance manager reviewed everything in detail. All went so smoothly. I have bought 6 new cars over the many years and this was by far the easiest. Friendliest. Purchase I’ve ever done. At the end we met Mrs. Cassie. Who was beyond patient. Mr. Smith and Mrs Cassie explained all the features and Mrs. Cassie explained all the safety tech in the car. I dealt with KALIB SMITH whose knowledge on the entire Subaru lines was extensive. He was very thorough with understanding my goals and came up with a deal better than I had expected. It was a very relaxed online exchange and nothing like the agonizing haggling I was used to back in the old days. After coming in for a test drive and getting all my questions answered, the transaction process started which was, again, easier than I remember. I received the online offer with no anticipated surprises. Warranty and feature add-ons were offered and explained but never any pressure to purchase. The new car purchase was a fine-tuned process where i really felt Tindol's dedication to the customer experience. Thank you Tindol Subaru!
